User Access Levels
The Nivel platform offers several user access levels to ensure that each user has the appropriate permissions based on their role and responsibilities. Below are the main access levels and their capabilities:
Regulator Access
Description: Users with Regulator Access have full control over the plattforms's functionalities. This includes the ability to add, adjust, and remove both zones and rules. They also have full access to all analytical data available in the system.
Ideal for:
City regulatory officials who need to manage and enforce micromobility policies.
Team leaders who oversee the implementation and adjustment of regulations.
Read Access
Description: Users with Read Access can view all zones and rules, including the visualisation of vehicle locations on the map, including vehicle type and operator. However, they cannot modify any policies. They also have full access to all analytical dashboards, providing detailed, operator-specific information.
Ideal for:
City officials and staff who need to monitor micromobility activities without making changes.
Analysts who require access to detailed data for reporting and insights.
Guest Access
Description: Users with Guest Access have access limited to analytics only. They can view operator-neutral data but do not have access to the Regulation Map with vehicle locations and zones.
Ideal for:
City planners and external consultants who need general insights into overall trends and performance.
Researchers analysing micromobility data without the need to interact with operational details.
Operator Access
Description: Users with Operator Access can view zones and rules, and see their own vehicle locations on the map. However, they cannot modify any policies. This access is locked to their specific operations. They also have access to a condensed analytics dashboard showing insights about their own vehicles.
